Way before becoming a manager, I’ve been and I still am a “doer”: a Product Designer specializing in user experience, bridging business goals with functional design across e-commerce, B2B, and SaaS products.
I lead end-to-end product lifecycles, from research to high-fidelity prototypes, across platforms including mobile apps and interactive kiosks. I ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, integrating seamlessly within environments like WordPress, Prestashop, and custom SaaS platforms.

My research background encompasses qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches to deeply understand user needs and market offerings.
During the discovery phase, I conduct user interviews (both semi-structured and structured), direct observations and benchmarks to gather rich insights that inform product strategy and identify opportunity spaces.
Post-delivery, my research continues through usability testing, A/B testing, and systematic feedback collection to evaluate real-world usage and uncover pain points.
Experience measurement frameworks incorporating key metrics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), CES (Customer Effort Score), and other KPIs are applied to quantitatively assess customer experience and track progress over time.
These insights guide the prioritization of improvement backlogs and shape the product roadmap, ensuring continuous enhancement of the user and customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
